Day 1 La Fortuna
We pick you up at the San Jose airport and take you by private transfer to Costa Rica's premiere Adventure Zone - The Arenal Area.
Day 2 La Fortuna
7:30 am: It's time for canyoneering so prepare to get wet! Our experienced guides put you into your safety harness and assist you down a series of over 8 amazing waterfalls that get gradually bigger and … BIGGER! 3:30 pm: We then head out on a nice walk through the forest to the base of the famous Arenal Volcano with a naturalist guide and later relax in the Baldí natural hot springs in the evening to do some lava viewing (Pizza & drinks included before heading to hot springs). Day 3 La Fortuna
8:30 am: Your chance to do world-class whitewater rafting on the intense Class 3-4 Río Toro - feel the exhilaration of over 45 crazy, continuous rapids in this secluded, picturesque jungle canyon and continue your adrenaline rush. B,L
Day 4 Rustic Mountain Lodge in Monteverde
8:30 am: Enjoy a scenic horseback ride along Lake Arenal -- spot toucans and monkeys along the way! Finish the night up in the cloud forests of Monteverde in a quiet lodge up in the hills. B
Day 5 Monteverde
7:10 am: The Sky Tram will take you through the treetops of the cloud forest and up to the starting point for your Sky Trek tour. The Sky Trek Canopy zip lines include 2.3 Km of paths combined with transversal cables that run a total of more than 3 Km, with heights from 40 to 750 meters and two observation platforms with panoramic views. Day 6 San Jose
7:30 am: Now's your chance to get to know Monteverde's cloud forest on a guided hike through the world famous reserve. 1 pm: Leave for Alajuela/San Jose area Time to head back to reality. Private transfer back to Alajuela, near the San Jose airport. B
