Clothing- NO COTTON!!!!


Boots- broken in leather boots- NO LOW TRAIL SHOES must be at least a "mid"
3 pair synthetic or wool socks
Thermal underwear or tights
Three pair trekking pants
Three synthetic base shirts
Three long sleeve shirts
Fleece Jacket
Packable DOWN jacket- recommended
Shell Jacket- Waterproof and breathable
Light rain pants- recommended
Liner gloves
Shell gloves if liner gloves aren't wind proof
Lightweight sandals or flip-flops

"City clothes" for Kathmandu (these can be cotton) They will stay in Kathmandu when we do our trek.
